We are seeking a Hospital Equipment Technician to join our team at IQVIA as a Field Service Agent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and advance your technical skills by collaborating with healthcare professionals and participating in technical initiatives in medical device technology.

Job Details

As a Field Service Agent, you will assist Field Service Technicians with replacing parts, troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices in a hospital setting. You will also provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.

This is a 100% per diem travel position with the possibility of traveling 3-4 weeks at a time. Work is assignment based. We offer a clear path to FST and partnered with one of the top medical device companies in the country.

Responsibilities
  • Assist field service staff with organizing, testing, updating medical devices, installing/configuring hardware, software, and network products
  • Manually move and carry medical equipment and un-box medical devices from shipping or storage containers
  • Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations
  • Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration
  • Assignment-based schedule working per diem
  • Travel nationally to support customer needs
  • Provide on-the-job training (OTJ) for new hires

The potential base pay range for this role is $20 - $22 per hour. Our company offers a range of health and welfare benefits and/or other benefits.
