Healthcare Facility Manager

Impact Oral Surgery is seeking a skilled Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. This role involves continuous monitoring of business activities and generating weekly reports to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery. The Clinic Manager acts as the primary supervisor and business leader, utilizing management tools and key performance indicators to identify trends and improve clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The Clinic Manager is accountable for the comprehensive planning, organization, direction, and coordination of the resources and activities necessary for running a patient-focused clinic.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant license in the relevant state (preferred)
- CPR certification (preferred)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in clinic operations, demonstrating leadership capabilities, or equivalent experience in dental management is advantageous.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record of excellence in previous roles
- Proficient in computer use, particularly with Google Suite.
