- Kitchen Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with monthly inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to plan menus, estimate food consumption, and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Culinary Education: Professional training through a culinary education or equivalent experience in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant or catering facility.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous experience working in a supervisory capacity in a kitchen environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, co-workers, and guests in a clear, respectful, and enthusiastic manner.
