Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform thorough cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets.
  • Window and Glass Maintenance: Clean windows and mirrors using specialized cleaners and sponges, and dust furniture, fixtures, machines, and equipment.
  • Chemical Handling and Equipment Operation: Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Event Preparation: Set up, arrange, and remove decorations to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance activities, including notifying management of the need for repairs and removing debris from sidewalks and parking areas.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
