Job Description: Director of Quality Management

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Quality Management to lead our quality management program at Interstate Corrpack LLC in Cambridge, MD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve quality performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization, promoting a positive attitude towards quality, product safety, and hygiene.
  • Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and internal defects, identifying root causes and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve quality performance, developing and implementing action plans to address areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record of improving quality performance and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and BRC/IoP.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
