Post Harvest Specialist

CULTA LLC, a leading cannabis company, is seeking a highly skilled Post-Harvest Associate to join its diverse team. As a key member of the post-harvest operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with all phases of CULTA's post-harvest process, including harvesting, trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis.
This role requires the ability to learn and accurately follow CULTA's company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Hand trimming and weighing dried cannabis to meet quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment is sanitized and functioning properly.
- Ensuring accurate disposal and recording of waste produced during trimming and harvesting procedures.
- Maintaining accuracy in weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws regarding packaging and labeling.
- Must be at least 21 years old, qualified as a registered grower agent, and have no violent or drug-related felony convictions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for medicinal cannabis and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work onsite, achieve daily flower trimming requirements, and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
