Job Overview:
The Affiliated Sante Group seeks a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator to join its frontline crisis intervention team in Easton and Centreville. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the mobile crisis program, including supervising Mobile Crisis Clinicians, completing clinical assessments, and working as part of a police-based team, providing emergency crisis intervention in the community.

About The Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health services. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes and monitors work schedules and coordinates staff leave
  • Ensures coverage of shifts
  • Insures appropriate follow-up with clients admitted to the CRS until discharge per protocols
  • Responsible for all case documentation
  • Collects, inputs, and reports required data
  • Responsible for the integrity of data inputted
  • Provides training and orientation to new staff/interns on core competencies, including EMR usage
  • Offers clinical backup for MCT and Behavioral Health Response Team, as needed
  • Audits open cases according to Standard Operation Procedures
  • Provides emergency staff coverage in MCT and Behavioral Health Response Team, if needed
  • In collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures their implementation
  • Develops and provides community trainings on requested topics
  • Participates in rotation as acting on-call supervisor
  • Participates in community boards and committees, as needed
