We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Paramedic Educator to oversee our EMT-Paramedic certification program. This is a full-time position located in Fort Liberty, NC.

Job Description

This role involves delivering a 20-week EMT-Paramedic certification course accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). The educator will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and testing process for National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians-Paramedic (NREMT-P) certification, including psychomotor and computer-based exams. They will facilitate clinical and field rotations, ensuring students meet Advanced Life Support (ALS) requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or teaching EMS education programs, preferably with military or government contracts. They must be certified as a Paramedic (NREMT or state equivalent) with additional qualifications in ACLS, PALS, ITLS, and related certifications. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accreditation requirements and ensuring the program adheres to federal and state EMS education standards. The educator will conduct regular evaluations and submit detailed reports on student progress and program performance.
