Emmy Squared Pizza seeks a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This key role involves leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll be eligible for quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive health benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct supervision of all restaurant employees, ensuring policies and processes are followed.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of staff.
  • Partnering with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Oversight of daily floor operations, including delegating tasks and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Cash management, including petty cash, checkbooks, and weekly deposits.
  • Leading by example, ensuring all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly service.
  • Preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to standards and recipes.
  • Labor management, creating schedules to meet business needs and financial targets.
  • Participating in marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Evaluating and implementing strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with health department standards, maintaining cleanliness, and identifying safety hazards.
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant required.
  • Experience with POS, scheduling, and reservation systems (Toast and/or Dolice experience a plus).
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to manage and motivate staff.
  • Ability to multitask, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions based on data analysis.
  • Understanding of food service operations, including menu planning and kitchen management.
  • Serve Safe certified food manager preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to lift/carry items up to 40 lbs. and push/pull items up to 75 lbs.
