Comprehensive Dentistry Opportunity

Dentologie is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team in Seattle. As a member of our dental team, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent comprehensive dentistry and be a positive impact on our employee culture.

Responsibilities:
Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns
Perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures
Establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes
Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities
Correct bite issues and overcrowding
Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners
Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics
Order diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc.
Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, or mirrors, to examine and treat teeth
Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the treatment rendered to them

Qualifications:
Active Washington state dental license and malpractice insurance
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools and thorough treatment planning skills
Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities
Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient
Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work
