Our Role
We're seeking a Payor Credentialing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our credentialing processes, driving strategic outcomes for our business and partners. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer and work cross-functionally to develop critical business processes that deliver great solutions to our client partners.

Your Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providers
  • Complete provider credentialing, recredentialing applications; revalidations; monitor applications and follow-up as needed
  • Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage, and any other required credentialing documents for all providers
  • Maintain corporate provider contract files
  • Maintain knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing providers
  • Set up and maintain provider information in online credentialing databases and systems
  • Track license and certification expirations for all providers to ensure timely renewals
  • Ensure practice addresses are current with health plans, agencies, and other entities
  • Continuously expand and learn additional tasks related to credentialing as needs grow within Collaborative Imaging
