Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Law Office Administrator to provide administrative support to a well-established law firm in Long Island, NY.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience + benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations, including preparing financial reports, overseeing billing, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a law office administrator or similar role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software
