Axient LLC is in search of a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to provide critical support to our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the coordination and integration of various activities and functions to ensure weapon systems are maintained at peak readiness, delivering comprehensive Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) across all logistics support elements.
- Engage in a wide range of direct and indirect activities, including:
  • Milestone planning
  • Logistics studies
  • Working group support
  • Supply support
  • Logistics analysis
  • Depot liaison support
  • Administrative services
  • Technical order support/research
  • Source data package support
  • Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) documentation
  • Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)
  • Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE)
  • Logistics Capability Management Plans (LCMP)
  • Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) management plans

- Utilize the CCaR system to initiate documentation and generate reports that define and coordinate program requirements, formulate budgets, forecast program execution, track program performance, and reconcile execution data.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of software program management tools to monitor procurement and receipt of modification kits and assets, as well as aircraft installation and completion schedules.
- Collaborate with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), to address parts availability challenges and provide expertise in supply processes, presenting solutions to the Government Program Manager.
- Deliver logistics management services to support reviews and meetings, including but not limited to:
  • Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
  • Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs)
  • Critical Design Reviews (CDRs)
  • Change Control Boards (CCBs)
  • Product Improvement Working Groups (PIWGs)
  • System Status Groups (SSGs)
  • Production status meetings
  • Design reviews
  • Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)

- Support the Aircraft Availability Improvement Program (AAIP) and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF) Weapon System Review (WSR), ensuring effective communication with AFLCMC leadership, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) leadership, and Lead Major Commands (MAJCOMs).
- Conduct analytical duties related to aircraft availability data, track actual availability against established standards, perform root cause analysis on maintenance and supply factors affecting availability, and set realistic availability targets.

Required Skills:

- Must possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with a current investigation at the required level and maintain the necessary clearance.
- Advanced Degree (MA/MS) with 12 years of relevant experience in the technical/professional discipline, including 5 years within the DoD, or a BA/BS degree with 15 years of relevant experience (5 years in the DoD), or 20 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications (8 years in the DoD).
- Must have comprehensive life cycle logistics knowledge and experience supporting aircraft and systems; DoD experience is preferred.
- Proven experience and understanding of a broad range of logistics support activities, including integrated logistics elements and support functions essential for sustaining the readiness and operational capability of systems, covering all logistics elements such as manpower and personnel, technical data, facilities, maintenance planning, supply support, and computer resource support for acquisition and sustainment planning.
