Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations management, with a proven track record of success in process improvement and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
