Job Opportunity: Comfort Consultant

Expert Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled Comfort Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our heating and cooling solutions to homeowners in the Eastpointe, MI area.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer leads and conduct in-home sales presentations to promote our products and services.
  • Create accurate sales proposals and engage in follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Occasionally work early morning and evening shifts to accommodate customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a desire to work in a dynamic and growing company.
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan and sales applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $125,000 annually. Additionally, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Our company also offers a company cell phone, vehicle, and gas cards, as well as opportunities for bonuses and professional development.
