Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and support of enterprise-level voice networks, focusing on various communication platforms.
  • Evaluate and optimize voice and video systems to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Oversee global telecom service providers for SIP trunking and voice circuit management.
  • Collaborate with network engineering teams to design, configure, and troubleshoot voice systems.
  • Ensure a strong focus on Zoom Phone and NICE contact center solutions.

Essential Duties:

  • Deploy voice infrastructures across multiple locations.
  • Conduct proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the global voice network.
  • Assist in developing technology roadmaps for voice, video, and collaboration solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve voice and video issues effectively.
  • Design and configure NICE CxOne contact center software and related systems.
  • Manage call routing and ICM scripting processes.
  • Document and enhance voice and video network operations procedures.
  • Negotiate with telecom vendors to secure optimal voice services.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with key communication technologies including Zoom Phone and NICE CxOne.
  • Proficient in NICE ICM development, including scripting and configuration.
  • Experience with IP-IVR and CVP integration.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing solutions from multiple vendors.
  • Strong background in Cisco voice technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in voice and collaboration engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to document customer requirements effectively.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in voice and collaboration engineering.
  • Proficiency in Zoom Phone, Cisco Voice, and NICE technologies.
  • Experience with multi-vendor video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills in communication technologies.
