  • Gather customer insights and feedback to inform the organization's strategy.
  • Define business goals, strategy, positioning, and dependencies for the product.
  • Drive alignment across sales, product management, engineering, and product marketing functions to deliver solutions for the customer.
  • Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, building short and long-term goals and working with Engineering towards execution.
  • Own strategic customer engagement programs to strengthen executive-level relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Continuously develop market intelligence, including industry and technology trends, forecasts, competitive analysis, customer insights, and their strategic implications for our business.
  • Work with product operations on product processes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related technical/product roles.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the networking/wireless/telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in Go-to-Market related activities.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Sharp presentation and communication skills for executive engagements; strong influencer skills.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who can drive game-changing initiatives.
  • Be a true self-starter, takes ownership, as well as collaborates effectively across teams (Sales, Finance, PLM, Marketing, Services).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering. MBA is a plus.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
