We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Architect to join our Power Attach PMIC Systems Engineering team to own and define next generation PMIC products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define PMIC Product Family Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for PMIC products that complement Renesas's offering of MCUs, MPUs, and SOCs in both Automotive and Industrial areas.
  • Collaborate with Customers and Internal Teams: Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand SoC systems and translate into PMIC requirements.
  • Understand System-Level Use Cases and Requirements: Analyze system-level use cases and requirements, including safety requirements, to drive system modeling requirements.
  • Drive System Modeling Requirements: Develop and drive system modeling requirements to ensure PMIC products meet customer needs.
  • Work with Product Architects: Collaborate with Product Architects to define PMIC specifications for each product.
  • Support Customers with Design-In Activities: Provide support to customers with design-in activities, ensuring seamless integration of PMIC products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Related Discipline: Possess a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in PMIC Systems: Have at least 10 years of experience in PMIC systems.
  • Strong Knowledge of PMICs and Embedded Systems: Possess strong knowledge of PMICs and embedded systems.
  • Applications or Systems Background Desirable: Having an applications or systems background is desirable.
  • Travel Required: Travel will be required 20% of the time.
  • Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Desire and Drive to Interact with Customers and Renesas Internal Teams: Demonstrate a desire and drive to interact with customers and Renesas internal teams.
  • Product Family Ownership Mentality: Possess a product family ownership mentality.
  • Independent Decision Maker: Be an independent decision maker.
