About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires 32 hours of work per week, with a shift schedule of 8 hours, evenings. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and manage nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Med/Surg nursing or related field.
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required.
- Preferred qualifications include ACLS certification and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
