Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers during orthopedic procedures
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment is sterilized
  • Room patients, gather health histories, and monitor vital signs
  • Administer injections and collect specimens
  • Document patient interactions using NextGen electronic medical record software
  • Schedule appointments, manage prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals, answer calls, and complete necessary paperwork
