Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to lead projects in our Justice + Civic sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing project document development, coordinating with project team members, and maintaining work product quality within established project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project document development for complex projects.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure work product quality and project schedule adherence.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure financial health, quality, and claim prevention.
- Lead cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.
- Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in conceptual development of project documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably with public projects (civic and/or justice).
- Proficient in REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
- Licensure in Nevada.
