Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in produce operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profits in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. constantly.
  • Knowledge of produce operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and product preparation.
