A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum is offered to the selected candidate.

Ammo Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Precision Tooling Specialist to build, repair, and maintain tooling to exact specifications in a controlled production environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build, repair, and maintain tooling to meet precise specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and correct tooling issues; suggest improvements to enhance tool life and quality.
  • Review and interpret blueprints for accurate production using precision measuring tools.
  • Operate and adjust machinery; sharpen and replace tooling as needed.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and manage documentation accurately.
  • Assist R&D with tooling and fit new tooling packages.
  • Use precision measuring tools and follow EHS procedures strictly.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Specialized vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial or mechanical repair.
  • Experience with manual, semi-automated, or automated tools and machines (e.g., lathes, grinders).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Accurate, detail-oriented work with strong math and mechanical abilities is required.
  • Effective in fast-paced environments and skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to establish relationships, influence change, and make quick decisions is necessary.

Working Conditions
