**Compensation Package**

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, prescription plans, dental and vision plans, and more.


**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Storage Center Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our storage center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes:

  • Performing profit/loss analyses to optimize center performance
  • Hiring and mentoring new team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Tracking and itemizing inventory to prevent losses and optimize supply chain management
  • Managing the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment to customers
  • Ensuring that customers receive the highest quality of care, from initial contact to final resolution


**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of management experience in retail or another service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction
  • Computer expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Organizational expertise, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Management proficiency in high-volume retail with profit and loss (P&L) accountability
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

**Work Environment**

This role requires moderate risks or discomforts, including working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.


**Physical Demands**

This role requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
