Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners, providing information to patients about medications and their use, and advising physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or PharmD degree in pharmacy required
- Current PA Licensure to practice as a Pharmacist OR license eligibility required
