We are seeking a skilled Window Treatment Specialist to join our team at The Blinds Man. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality window treatment installations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install window treatments, including blinds, shutters, shades, and drapery, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless installation experience.
  • Work closely with the installation scheduler to prioritize and manage installation schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth project completion.
  • Attend regular installer meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience with hand power tools and construction equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
