Position Overview:
As a Support Coach, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals with disabilities on our production floor, helping them to excel in their roles and achieve financial autonomy.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training, guidance, and support for various assembly tasks
- Efficiently organize and oversee the production line
- Assist individuals in enhancing their work and interpersonal skills
- Maintain product quality and ensure accurate production documentation
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for making a significant difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
- Preferred background in human services or the manufacturing sector
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
