Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach

At The Blake School, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach to lead our boys lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of lacrosse, experience coaching at the high school or collegiate level, and a passion for working with high school athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all schedules and practices
• Develop and implement player development strategies
• Assist in the selection of assistant coaches
• Support the youth lacrosse program
• Provide on- and off-field training opportunities
• Organize game scouting and planning
• Communicate effectively with players and parents
• Guide players interested in collegiate lacrosse

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of lacrosse
• Experience coaching with demonstrated success at the high school or collegiate level
• Passion for working with high school athletes
• Ability to balance team building with individual skill building
• Integrity and fairness
• Vision for the lacrosse program
