Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities master planning, construction project management, and facility maintenance.
  • Lead a team of professionals in Engineering and Maintenance, Environmental Services/Linen, Compliance and Safety, and Construction Project Management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state laws, and regulations related to hospital permits and accreditations.
  • Manage hospital construction and remodeling projects of significant size and scope.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in facilities, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities and operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and staff.
  • Experience with project and operations management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Previous experience in a Certificate of Need (CON) state.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
