We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services department.

About the Role

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Ensure that all imaging procedures are performed safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT) and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CT Technologist in an acute-care hospital setting. You must also be able to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 50 lbs.
