Lead CT Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for leading a team of CT Technologists and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of CT Technologists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners and other equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring modesty and safety.
  • Document all pertinent clinical information and obtain informed consent from patients.
  • Remain proficient in executing software protocols and stay up-to-date with changes in the field.
  • Check the operation of equipment and maintain cleanliness of the CT suite to prevent cross-contamination of contagious diseases.
Requirements:
  • Current Florida licensure as a CT Technologist (CRT)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting.
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 50 lbs.
