Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team at Primo Water. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering bottled water and related products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a positive experience for our customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage customer relationships by building strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying opportunities to acquire new customers, and promoting our products and services to drive growth.
  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, managing daily route activities, and ensuring that all duties are performed in a safe and timely manner.
  • Upsell and promote products to our customers, increasing sales and revenue for the company.
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities, ensuring that all products are delivered to customers in a timely manner and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Protect company assets, including collecting equipment and customer payments, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B license (CDL required in some locations) with proper Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and company policies.
  • Ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing
  • Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs
