Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed therapy programs to assist clients in maximizing their communication, cognitive, and/or oral motor abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of clients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including speech, language, and cognitive therapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology or related field
  • Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License
  • 1 year of experience in rehabilitative therapy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
