Speech Language Pathologist

This position involves organizing and conducting medically prescribed therapy programs to assist clients in maximizing their communication, cognitive, and oral motor abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License.
- 1 year of experience in a rehabilitative therapy setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Experience working in an acute or long-term care setting.
