This position involves organizing and conducting medically prescribed therapy programs using theory and skills from the Speech Pathology discipline to assist clients in maximizing communication, cognitive, and/or oral motor abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address client needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement
  • Provide therapy sessions to clients, including speech, language, and cognitive training
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology or related field
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
  • 1 year of experience in rehabilitative therapy
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or related field (preferred)
