Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Sayville is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to work in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
  • Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Help residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry.
