Job Summary

Quad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to join our team at our Franklin, WI Packaging facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
  • Prepare and coordinate shipping documents, including bills of lading and pick lists.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and other logistics providers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in logistics or freight coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
