Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or CDA preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in child care, teaching, or related fields; direct infant experience a plus.
  • Love of children and commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to complete required trainings and certifications, including DCYF Portable Background Check and state-mandated courses.

  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
