We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at Acuative Corporation in Strongsville, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security roadmaps that align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting networking security appliances, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS)/intrusion detection systems (IDS), network access control (NAC), switches/routers security domain for multi-vendor OEM products on-premises and in private/public clouds. Additionally, you will prepare, plan, and implement security infrastructure according to design guidelines; wired and wireless LAN infrastructure security, 802.1x implementation using Microsoft agent/agentless, and monitoring as per design guidelines.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive security roadmaps aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot networking security appliances, firewalls, IPS/IDS, NAC, switches/routers security domain for multi-vendor OEM products
- Prepare, plan, and implement security infrastructure according to design guidelines
- Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
- Maintain security management systems and network comprehensive security solutions
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, along with twenty-four months of job-related experience. This includes duties such as those listed above. A salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 is expected based on location and industry standards.
