Job/Role Overview:

  • Oversee intricate initiatives, managing all phases of a project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure associated with projects that are extensive and cross-functional with significant impact, scope, and complexity.
  • Serve as a key contributor in large-scale project planning and budget management for change initiatives.
  • Assess, analyze, and initiate complex multi-faceted enterprise support operations, leveraging organizational systems knowledge to foresee change impacts that necessitate thorough evaluation of various factors.
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of project impacts that translate into effective engagement strategies.
  • Make informed decisions in complex and multifaceted scenarios, demonstrating accountability for the entire process from start to finish while developing and implementing program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Exhibit knowledge of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influences and leads change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate strategically and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior management sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve objectives.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • Proficiency in Global Treasury Management products is essential.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, proactive approach, ownership of work, and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • In-depth knowledge of GTM products is required.
