About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 6+ years of experience in the payments industry, selling technical products or point of sale (POS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of top performance, ability to understand complex technical requirements, and craft solutions across multiple products.

Responsibilities
  • Promote FEITIAN's IoT&Payment products and transfer value propositions to clients
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and expand our presence, achieving sales targets
  • Complete customer discovery to identify key value drivers and correct product offerings
  • Build strategic relationships with key leaders in PSP/ISV/ISO/VAR/PayFac organizations
  • Convert prospects to customers and ensure onboarding
  • Establish sales/business plans, objectives, and future strategies
  • Present and evangelize to prospects, building long-term collaborative networks
  • Lead and contribute to team projects, refining the sales process
  • Engage with product and engineering teams to drive product strategy
  • Provide high-quality sales and operational support to agreed sectors
  • Track market movements from relevant players, supporting FEITIAN's product roadmap and broader strategy
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or similar
  • Proven track-record in growing business and product/solution selling within the payment/technology industry
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Hands-on experience in a multicultural business environment and/or international/global sales role
  • A self-starter, proactively taking ownership and completing tasks in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Confident in communication with customers and capable of influencing them

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
