Client Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain reprographic equipment at client locations, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional trainings to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on providing good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills/technical knowledge, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
