About the Role

The Behavioral Healthcare Worker will play a critical role in our team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, identifying areas of need, and developing effective interventions to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions and group counseling
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participating in regular case conferences to discuss patient progress and challenges
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $82,500 per year, reflecting the expertise and qualifications required for this position.
