Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety and Security Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and the individuals within them.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $15-$16
Work Schedule:
We offer various shifts to accommodate different schedules:
- Full Time: Saturday to Tuesday, 2 PM - 10 PM
- Full Time: Monday to Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM
- Full Time: Wednesday & Thursday, 2 PM - 10 PM; Friday & Saturday, 10 PM - 6 AM
Key Responsibilities:
As a Safety and Security Specialist, your primary duties will include:
1. Conducting regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety.
2. Investigating and documenting any hazards or suspicious activities.
3. Securing all entry points and monitoring access.
4. Enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
5. Responding promptly to alarms and emergencies.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a valid Florida D License.
- Prior experience in a security role is essential.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Physical capability to perform duties, including walking, patrolling, climbing stairs, and executing CPR when necessary.
