Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to become an Insurance Agent/Agency Manager with The Mank Agency, a leader in the mortgage protection industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, utilizing our lead generation system to increase sales, and collaborating with experienced mentors to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Work closely with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Compensation Package:

- Salary: $65,000 per year
- Commission structure: 100% commissions on sales, plus bonuses for meeting targets
