Job Summary:

As a Nurse Care Specialist with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their home environment. This role requires a licensed professional who can assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care
Accurately document nursing actions, client health status, and communicate with family and physicians
Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed and report all incidents per operation procedure and regulatory standards
Follow policies and procedures according to operation, state, and regulatory standards
Maintain confidentiality of patient-related information and honor patient rights

Requirements:

Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
One or more years of nursing experience preferred
Home Health Care experience preferred
Current and unrestricted registration and license in the state of operation
CPR professional certification
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment
