We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can effectively manage and direct a team of sales professionals to achieve hotel revenue goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in group sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead the on-property group sales effort to achieve hotel revenue goals by proactively targeting current and new high-value accounts in the market and implementing effective sales deployment strategies to grow market share.">
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to establish understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the hotel.">
  • Partner with Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain the right people to support the strategic priorities of the market.">
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's primary target customer and service expectations, and serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues, and concerns, to offer better business solutions both prior to and during the program/event.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.">
  • Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.">
  • Demonstrated skills in supervising a team, group sales experience, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.">

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $212,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including bonus opportunities, health insurance, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, tuition assistance, pre-tax commuter benefits, and other incentives such as stock awards and deferred compensation plans.
