About BioLife Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated hourly wage range for this position is between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. U.S.-based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. You will also work under the guidance of the Center Manager for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues.
- You will evaluate donor reaction(s) which occur at the facility as outlined in the SOPs.
- You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors or guidance concerning medical or technical issues.
- You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $6,000. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
