Key Responsibilities
  • Steer and mentor multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in alignment with SAFe methodologies, ensuring cohesive collaboration across teams and maximizing value delivery.
  • Act as a servant leader and mentor, cultivating an environment of trust, openness, and ongoing enhancement throughout the ART.
  • Facilitate essential ART-level ceremonies, such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, ART Sync meetings, and Scrum of Scrums.
  • Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders—including product and solution management, architects, and engineers—to guarantee strategic and operational coherence.
  • Identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and monitor metrics to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Guide leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of growth and learning.
  • Champion continuous enhancement in PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies, utilizing insights and feedback for improvement.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of practical Agile coaching experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer, assisting software product teams and organizations in navigating the complexities of adopting and scaling Agile practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Thorough understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters, with experience in managing multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) concurrently.
  • Possession of at least one SAFe certification, with Scrum Master/SAFe Practice Consultant 6.0 being preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira administration is advantageous.
  • Additional certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are highly valued.
