Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support to clients in a group treatment setting.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and structured environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and documentation.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience working directly with children.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Ability to pass required background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Social Services related field.
  • Paid experience working with children and/or youth in a group treatment setting.
